Mr. Ocaka Bosco, born December 6, 1977, in Palabek Gem, Kitgum District, received a divine revelation at age 29. Over three days, he heard God's voice accompanied by bright light, instructing him to "come out and start teaching the people where the whole world can hear you. Tell the rich to support the poor."
His Initial Doubt
He questioned how he could fulfill this mission, having only completed primary three (third grade) and lacking formal education.
God's Response
The voice assured him he would receive a book that would give him wisdom to read and understand, speaking in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The Transformation (7 Days)
Stayed indoors for 7 days without food or water
Immediately stopped drinking alcohol (had been a drunkard)
Could no longer lift his 10-liter jerry can of alcohol, marking the end of his drinking
The Book (Day 8)
Found a Christian worship book titled "BUK LEGA KI WER PA LAKRISTO" (A Christian Book for Worship and Praise) in his mother's wooden box. God gave him the ability to speak three languages: Acholi, English, and Kiswahili—though he previously only spoke Acholi.
The Mission
This divine calling led to the founding of OCAKA BOSCO organization in 2007, dedicated to serving vulnerable people worldwide—orphans, widows, and the poor.
LEGA PI KUC" - Prayer for Peace
This is a servant's prayer asking God to use them as an instrument of peace and service to others.
The Prayer's Core Message:
Bringing Light to Darkness:
Where there is hate → bring peace
Where there is wrong → bring forgiveness
Where there is doubt → bring acceptance
Where there is anxiety → bring trust
Where there is anger → bring happiness
The Servant's Attitude:
Don't seek consolation → console others instead
Don't demand to be heard → listen to others instead
Don't seek to be loved → love others instead
The Spiritual Principle:
When we give, we receive
When we forgive, we are forgiven
When we are called to this life, we are born into eternal life
Significance:
This prayer (found on page 32, Note 8 of the book God directed him to) became the foundation of Mr. Ocaka Bosco's mission. It emphasizes selfless service, putting others' needs first, and being an instrument of peace—which directly shaped the organization's work serving orphans, widows, and vulnerable people.
The prayer reflects the organization's approach: serving rather than being served, giving rather than receiving, and bringing hope to those in despair.

1. What is the Good News?
LEARN MORE FROM THE VOICE AND TEACHING OF MR. OCAKA BOSCO FIRST BISHOP OF THEVULNERABLE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD
1. What is the news from God?
God wants people to enjoy life on earth. He created the earth and everything on it because he loves mankind. Soon he will act to provide a better
future for people in every land. He will relieve mankind of the causes of
suffering. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the
Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a
future. No government has ever succeeded in eliminating violence, disease, ordeath. But there is good news. Shortly, God will replace all human governments
with his own government. Its subjects will enjoy peace and good health. Isaiah
25:8 the Lord God will swallow up death forever, wipe away tears from all
faces, and remove the disgrace of his people. And the inhabitant shall not say,
I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.Daniel 2:44 “In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up akingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It
will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself
endure forever. ,KM2. Why is the good newsurgent?
Suffering will end onlywhen God clears the earth of bad people. Zephaniah 2:3 Seek the LORD, all you
humble of the land, who do his just commands; seek righteousness; seek
humility; perhaps you may be hidden on the day of the anger of the LORD.When will that happen? God's word foretold the conditions that now threaten mankind. Current events
indicate that God's time to act is close. 2 Timothy 3:1-5 But mark this: There
will be terrible times in the last days. 2 People will be lovers of themselves,
lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents,
ungrateful, unholy, 3 without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without
self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4 treacherous, rash, conceited,
lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— 5 having a form of godliness but
denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.3. What should we do?
We should learn about God from his word, the Bible. It is like a better to us from a loving father. It tells us how to enjoy a
better way of life now and how to enjoy everlasting life on earth in the
future. True, some may not like it thwt you are receiving help to understand
the Bible. But the opportunity of a better future is too good to miss. Proverbs
29:25 "Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.Revelation 14:6-7 6 And I saw another angel fly inthe midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that
dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give gloryto him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven,
and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.3.Is the Good News Really From God?

1. Who is the Author of the Bible? The good news that people will live forever on earth is written in the Bible. Psalm 37:29 "The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell in it forever."
The Bible is made up of66 smaller books. God used about 40 faithful men to write them. The five books
were written by Moses about 3,500 years ago. The last book was written by the
apostle John over 1,900 years ago. Whose ideas did Bible writers present? God
communicated with the Bible writers by means of His Holy spirirt. 2 samuel 23:2
“The Spirit of the Lord spoke through me; his word was on my tongue. They wrote down thethoughts of God, not their own thoughts. So God is the Author of the Bible.
2Timothy 3:16 "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in
righteousness".2Peter 1:20-21 20 Aboveall, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the
prophet’s own interpretation of things. 21 For prophecy never had its origin in
the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried
along by the Holy Spirit.2. How can we be surethe Bible is true?
We know that the Bibleis from God because it accurately foretells the future in detail. No man can do
that. Joshua 23:14 "Now I am about to go the way of all the earth. You
know with all your heart and soul that not one of all the good promises the
Lord your God gave you has failed. Every promise has been fulfilled; not one
has failed."Only Almighty God canaccurately foresee mankind's future. Isaiah 42:9 "See, the former things have takenplace, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them
to you.”Isaiah 46:10 declaresGod's sovereignty and ability to see the end from the beginning.
We would expect a bookfrom God to be unique, and it is. Billions of copies of the Bible have been
distributed in hundreds of languages. Though ancient, the Bible is in harmony
with proved science. Also, its 40 writers did not contradict one another. Furthermore,
the Bible bears the unmistakable stamp of God's love, and it still has the
power to change people's lives for the better. These facts convince millions
that the Bible is God's word. 1Thessalonians 2:13 And we also thank God
continually because, when you received the word of God, which you heard from
us, you accepted it not as a human word, but as it actually is, the word of
God, which is indeed at work in you who believe.3. What is the Bibleabout?
The Bible centers on thegood news that God has a loving purpose for mankind. The scriptures explain how
man's privilege of living on a paradise earth was lost early in human history
and how a paradise will finally be restored. Revelation 21:4-5 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[a] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old
order of things has passed away.” 5 Hewho was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said,
“Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”God's word also containslaws, principles, and advice. In addition, the Bible records the history of
God's dealings with mankind-a history that reveals God's personality. Thus, the
Bible can help you know God. It explains how can become his friend. Psalm 19:7 "The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the
simple."Psalm 19:11 By them yourservant is warned; in keeping them there is great reward.
James 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled that says,“Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,”[a] and he
was called God’s friend.James 4:8 Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your
hearts, you double-minded.4. How can you understand the Bible?
This brochure will help you to understand the Bible by using the same method that Jesus used. He
referred to one Bible text after another and explained ''the meaning of the
scriptures.'' Luke 24:27 Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash
your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.Luke 24:45 Then heopened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.
Few things are asfascinating as the good news from God. Yet, some people are indifferent to it,
and others are even annoyed by it. Do not be discouraged. Your hope of enjoying
everlasting life depends on your getting to know God. John 17:3 Now this is eternal life: that they know you,the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.
4. Who is Jesus Christ?
Mr. Ocaka BoscoFirst Bishop of the Vulnerable in the World
LEARN MORE FROM THEVOICE AND TEACHING OF MR. OCAKA BOSCO BISHOP OF THE VULNERABLE PEOPLE IN THE
WORLD
1. How did Jesus' Lifebegin?
Unlike any other human,Jesus lived in heaven as a spirit person before he was born on earth. John 8:23
"He then said to them, 'You are from below; I am from above. You are of
this world; I am not of this world.'
He was God's firstcreation, and he helped in the creation of all other things. He is the only one
created directly by God and is therefore appropriately called God's ''only
begotten'' son. John 1:14 The Wordbecame flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory
of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
Jesus served as God'sSpokesman, so he is also called ''the Word.'' Proverbs 8:22 “The Lord brought
me forth as the first of his works, before his deeds of old; 23 I was formed
long ages ago, at the very beginning, when the world came to be. 30 Then I was constantly[c] at his side. I wasfilled with delight day after day, rejoicing always in his presence,
Colossians 1:15-16 The Son is the image of the invisible God,the first born over all creation. 16 For in him all things were created: things
in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or
rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.
2. Why did Jesus come tothe earth?
God sent his son to earth by transferring his life from heaven to the womb of a virgin Jewess named
Mary. So Jesus did not have a human father. Luke 1:30-35 But the angel said to
her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. 31 You will conceive
and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. 32 He will be great and
will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne
of his father David, 33 and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his
kingdom will never end.”34 “How will this be,” Mary asked the angel, “since I
am a virgin?”35 The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the
power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be
called[a] the Son of God.
Jesus came to the earth(1) to teach the truth about God, (2) to set us an example in how to do God's
will evem when we are in difficulties, and (3) to give his perfect life as
"a ransom.'' Matthew 20:28 "Just as the Son of Man did not come to be
served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
3. Why do we need aransom?
A ransom is the pricepaid to release a person from the threat of death. Exodus 21:29-30 If, however,
the bull has had the habit of goring and the owner has been warned but has not
kept it penned up and it kills a man or woman, the bull is to be stoned and its
owner also is to be put to death. 30 However, if payment is demanded, the owner
may redeem his life by the payment of whatever is demanded.
Death and old age werenot part of God's original purpose for mankind. How do we know that? God told
the first man, Adam, that if he committed what the Bible calls ''sin,'' he
would die. So if Adam had not sinned, he would never have died. Genesis 2:16-17 And the Lord God commanded the man, “You arefree to eat from any tree in the garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree
of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly
die.”
Genesis 5:5 And all thedays that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.
According to the Bible, death ''entered'' the world of mankind through Adam. Thus, Adam passed to all
his descendants sin and its penalty, death. We need a ransom to release us from
the penalty of death that we inherited from Adam. Romans 5:12 Therefore, just
as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this
way death came to all people, because all sinned.
Romans 6:23 For thewages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our
Lord.
Who could pay the ransomto free us from death?
When we die, we pay thepenalty only for our own sins. No imperfect man can pay for the sins of others.
Psalm 49:7-9 No one can redeem the life of anotheror give to God a ransom for
them—8 the ransom for a life is costly, no payment is ever enough—9 so that they should live on forever and not see decay.
4. Why did Jesus die?
Unlike us, Jesus was perfect. So he did not need todie for his sins-he never committed any. Instead, Jesus died for the sins of
others. God expreesed extraordinary love for mankind by sending his sonto die
for us. Jesus also showed love for us by obeying his Father and giving his life
for our sins. John 3:16 For God so lovedthe world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall
not perish but have eternal life.
Romans 5:18-19 Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in
justification and life for all people. 19 For just as through the disobedience
of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the
one man the many will be made righteous.
5.What is Jesus doing now?
When on earth, Jesus cured the sick, raised the dead, and rescued people in peril. He thereby demonstrated what he will do in
the future for all obedient mankind. Matthew 15:30-31 Great crowds came to him,
bringing the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute and many others, and laid
them at his feet; and he healed them. 31 The people were amazed when they saw the
mute speaking, the crippled made well, the lame walking and the blind seeing.
And they praised the God of Israel.
John 5:28 "Do not marvel at this, for an houris coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice."
After Jesus died, God restored him to life as aspirit person. 1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the
righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the
body but made alive in the Spirit.
Jesus then waited at God's right hand until God gave him power to rule as King over all the earth. Hebrews 10:12-13 But when this
priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the
right hand of God, 13 and since that time he waits for his enemies to be made
his footstool.
Now Jesus is ruling as King in heaven, and hisfollowers are announcing that good news worldwide. Daniel 7:13-14 “In my vision at night I looked, and therebefore me was one like a son of man,[a] coming with the clouds of heaven. He
approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. 14 He was given
authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language
worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away,
and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.
Matthew 24:14 "And this gospel of the kingdomshall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then
shall the end come."
Soon, Jesus will use his power as King to bring anend to all suffering and to those who cause it. All who exercise faith in Jesus
by obeying him will enjoy life in a paradise on earth. Psalm 37:9-11 For those
who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the
land. 10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more; though you look for
them, they will not be found. 11 But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy
peace and prosperity.
What qualities made Jesus approachable?
Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
Mark 10:13-16 People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place
his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 When Jesus saw this, he
was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not
hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15 Truly I tell
you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will
never enter it.” 16 And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on
them and blessed them.

✅ Added context - Explained you're a faith-based organization
✅ More professional tone - While keeping your values
✅ Legally safer - Reduced discrimination risks
✅ Added date - May 7, 2026This version is much safer to publish, but I still recommend having a Ugandan lawyer review it before finalizing.
