UN officials from Tanzania interviewed Mr. Ocaka Bosco at his home in Kitgum Municipality regarding his work spreading religious teaching to help, support, and serve vulnerable populations worldwide.

2017 Widow Support Program: Leadership: Mr. Ocaka Bosco Program Details:
Continued providing essential household supplies to widows in Kitgum Municipality
Distributed sugar, salt, and soap
Target Beneficiaries: Widows in Kitgum Municipality
Approach: Direct provision of basic necessities to support vulnerable widows
Significance: This ongoing support program addressed immediate household needs, complementing the organization's earlier economic empowerment initiatives (revolving funds, piglet distribution) with essential relief supplies.
2018 Gender Training Program: Leadership: Mr. Ocaka Bosco Program Details:
Trained local community members in gender issues
Location: Lamwo District
Objective: Prevent conflicts in communities through gender awareness and education
Approach: Community-based training focused on gender equality and conflict prevention
Significance: This marked an expansion into social cohesion and peacebuilding work, addressing root causes of community conflict through gender education and awareness.
2019 Traditional Dance Support Program
In 2019, LUBANGA LAPIT KIC NGO, under the leadership of Mr. Ocaka Bosco, funded and supported youth various traditional dance groups in the community. The program provided comprehensive support including:
Financial funding for traditional dance initiatives
All necessary materials and equipment required for traditional dance performances
Resources to preserve and promote local cultural heritage through dance
This initiative was part of our commitment to preserving cultural traditions and supporting community arts programs.
2020 Humanitarian Relief Distribution
In 2020, LUBANGA LAPIT KIC NGO, led by Mr. Ocaka Bosco, conducted a humanitarian relief program to support vulnerable communities across multiple regions in Uganda. The program distributed essential household items including:
- Jerrycans for water storage
- Saucepans for cooking
- Cups and other basic necessities

2022-2023 Disabilities in Local Communities Program
In 2022-2023, Mr. Ocaka Bosco, First Bishop of the Vulnerable in the World, established the Disabilities in Local Communities Program through LUBANGA LAPIT KIC NGO. This program was created to help, support, and serve people with disabilities across Uganda.
The program focuses on:
Providing direct assistance to individuals with disabilities
Supporting their integration and participation in local communities
Delivering resources and services tailored to their specific needs
Advocating for the rights and dignity of people with disabilities

2024 First King of the Vulnerable in the World Launch
In 2024, Mr. Ocaka Bosco was inaugurated as the First King of the Vulnerable in the World. This historic launch took place across various regions of Uganda, marking a significant milestone in LUBANGA LAPIT KIC NGO's mission to advocate for and serve vulnerable populations.
The launch events were held in multiple communities throughout Uganda, bringing together stakeholders, community leaders, and beneficiaries to celebrate this commitment to serving the most vulnerable members of society.
This leadership role reinforces our organization's dedication to championing the rights, dignity, and well-being of vulnerable people across Uganda and beyond.
2025 First Bishop of the Vulnerable in the World
In 2025, Mr. Ocaka Bosco was appointed as the First Bishop of the Vulnerable in the World. This appointment was celebrated by communities across Uganda, recognizing his compassionate leadership and dedication to serving vulnerable and needy populations.
The launch ceremony brought together people from various regions who have witnessed and benefited from his commitment to helping those in need. This spiritual and humanitarian leadership role reflects years of service to vulnerable communities through LUBANGA LAPIT KIC NGO's programs.
